đŸĒ Showroom Pickup

Customers are welcome to pick up their furniture directly from our showroom during scheduled pickup hours. Please ensure your vehicle and assistance are adequate for transporting your item safely. Our team will assist with loading when possible, but customers are responsible for securing items for transport.

🚚 Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee based on distance and item size. Delivery is typically scheduled within 3–10 business days depending on availability.

Important Delivery Notes:

  • Delivery includes placement inside your home; please ensure pathways, doorways, and stairways are clear.
  • Delivery does not include assembly or removal of existing furniture unless arranged in advance.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming items will fit through all access points.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to space restrictions, additional fees may apply.

🌎 Nationwide Shipping

Select pieces are available for nationwide shipping. Furniture is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

Inspection required: Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if damage is discovered, including photos of the packaging and item.

âš ī¸ Missed Deliveries

If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence or access issues, a rescheduling fee may apply. We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a smooth delivery experience.
