📍 Local Pickup & Delivery
Pickup (Free): Available by appointment. We’ll help coordinate a time that works for you.
Local Delivery: Available within our service area for an additional fee. Pricing is based on distance and item size.
🌎 Nationwide Shipping
We partner with trusted third-party freight and white-glove carriers to ship furniture safely across the U.S.
📦 Shipping Details:
- Shipping costs vary by location, size, and weight of the piece.
- Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days of purchase or project completion.
- Transit times vary from 1–4 weeks, depending on the carrier and your location.
- All shipments include basic protection; additional insurance is available upon request.
⚠️ Damage During Shipping
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
📌 Important Notes
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once an item is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are out of our control, but we will assist with updates whenever possible.
