Because many of our pieces are refinished vintage furniture, slight variations in color, texture, and character marks may occur. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, and photos before purchasing.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.
Order Acceptance
Re Fineries Furniture Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order must be canceled, the customer will be notified and refunded in full.
Furniture Fit & Measurements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, elevators, and the intended space within their home. Re Fineries Furniture Co. is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to space limitations or access restrictions.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery timelines may vary based on scheduling and location. Customers must be present during scheduled delivery windows. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence or access issues, additional delivery fees may apply.
Shipping
For items shipped outside our local delivery area, customers must inspect the item upon arrival. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos of both the packaging and the item. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to assist with claims.
Returns & Refunds
All refinished furniture sales are final. Due to the unique nature of vintage and refinished pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our Return Policy for additional details.
Payment
Payment must be completed in full before furniture is released for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
