All refinished furniture purchases are considered final sale. These items are unique, vintage pieces that may show minor character marks consistent with their age and restoration process. We encourage customers to review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

🔍 Inspection at Pickup or Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their furniture at the time of pickup or delivery. Once the item has been accepted and removed from our showroom or delivery team, the sale is considered final.

âš ī¸ Damages & Shipping Orders

Local Delivery: If a piece arrives with damage caused by our team during delivery, please notify us immediately for a resolution.

Shipping: For nationwide orders, any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.
