  • It has not been assembled, used, or damaged.
  • All packaging, hardware, and components are included.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Furniture that has been used, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom-ordered or personalized items.

🔄 Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@refineriesfurnitureco.com within the 7-day window. Once approved:

  • Items must be dropped off or scheduled for pickup.
  • Return shipping and delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • A 10–20% restocking fee may apply depending on the item.
